Embodied Individuation, based in the practice of Authentic Movement, allows the “wholeness within” to guide one towards a life deeply in authenticity and truth. This retreat is an opportunity for the in-depth immersion in the discipline of Authentic Movement for personal and professional development. We will immerse in the practice of Authentic Movement during the day and will have opportunities to gather after dinner to discuss the questions that arise from our direct experience.
This intensive retreat is designed for experienced movers and witnesses with a developed inner witness. If you have not previously studied with Zoe, a telephone interview is required.
