She currently works as the Director of the Reach Parent Child Program at Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health in Holland\, MI.  She holds separate master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Psychology and a PhD in lifespan Developmental Psychology. Her clinical and research interests focus on working with infants and children with attachment concerns and trauma histories\, specifically those who have adoption or foster care backgrounds. She has worked as a clinician\, professor\, and researcher. She is also a foster and adoptive parent herself. \n\n \nDr. Benjamin Houltberg \nDr. Ben is a developmental scientist\, former tenured faculty member\, social entrepreneur\, and experienced marriage and family therapist. \nHe is widely published on topics including adolescent social and emotional competencies\, resilience through relationships\, and character and identity development through sports. He has proven success in leading large research teams and has consulted with several high-performance organizations to create thriving cultures.
